Our practice was founded by Dr. Garrett Andrews, Psy.D., ABPP-CN, CBIST, a board certified specialist in Clinical Neuropsychology, who has extensive training and experience in the neuropsychological assessment and treatment of brain injury and dementia. He specializes in comprehensive assessments which requires clinical interview, records review, and neuropsychological testing. His approach is sensitive to detecting deficits in memory, executive functions, motor skills, attention and higher cognitive functions as well as sensitive to detecting issues which may impact on test validity and other factors which can influence performance. Mood and psychological functioning are also important areas that are routinely assessed through objective measures.
Dr. Andrews performs clinical and forensic (i.e. personal injury, disability) assessments for adults ages 16 and up. Clinical referrals typically are received from Primary Care, Neurology, Neurosurgery, Physical Med and Rehab, Psychiatry, and Geriatrics. Regarding forensic evaluation, he strives to maintain a relative balance of plaintiff-referred and defense-referred neuropsychological IME evaluations.

Dr. Liv Miller, Psy.D., a Clinical Neuropsychologist, provides consulting services for our practice, and has specialized training in psychology and neuropsychology. She works with individuals with various neurological, cognitive, and psychiatric conditions, and aids in providing treatment and education for the families of these individuals. Dr. Miller provides neuropsychological assessments for adults and adolescents who may have cognitive and/or memory deficits, attentional problems, and other issues which may impair an individual's everyday functioning.

Dr. Meagan McPherson, Psy.D., a Post-Doctoral Fellow, provides part-time consultation under the Supervision of Dr. Andrews. She works with individuals who present for a variety of organic and mental health issues, and continues to expand her areas of practice daily.
